When can I expect to receive my order?

All of our production is made to order. This means that your goodies are printed and sewn specially for you when your order is placed, in order to prevent overproduction and to help keep unwanted clothing away from landfill. Due to this, your order may take longer than other stores who keep stock on hand. Please check the table showing approximate production and shipping times below:

Approximate Production + Shipping Total Time
Australia & NZ 4-6 Weeks
USA & UK 2-3 Weeks

Important note: As all products are made-to-order once your order has been placed, the larger the order, the more production time it will take for your order to get to you.

Returns

Please consider your purchase before buying, and check the measurements provided on each product page before purchasing the clothing. Creating returns creates unwanted stock and extra freight pollution. We aim to minimise returns as much as possible, so that we can minimise the environmental impact.

Production, Sustainability and Ethics (upcycled collection)

Where is this clothing produced?

All upcycling garments are sourced from local op-shops and second-hand sellers around Perth, Western Australia. All upcycling is also done in Perth, Western Australia!

Is this clothing produced in an environmentally-friendly way?

Upcyling is an amazing way to prolong the life of garments. The upcycled garments use as much of the original garment as possible. Where it is not possible to keep all fabric from the original garment, all fabric scraps are kept to be used in other upcycled garments. We try to minimise waste as much as possible, this is why we think it is important to use all parts of the garment.

Production, Sustainability and Ethics (made-to-order collection)

Where is this clothing produced?

Our clothing is produced in America by Printful. These particular products are sewn in house due to the printing technique used to create these pieces of clothing. We ship directly from our production location to customers, so we can get your order to you as soon as possible, and so we can reduce freight pollution as much as possible.

Are employees treated ethically?

Printful pays their employees fair wages, ranging from $15.00 USD - $24.50 USD per hour for sewing machinists and machine operators, according to data from Indeed and Glassdoor. You can check out more of Printful's employee and working conditions here.

On-demand printing and made-to-order production structures are more sustainable than other apparel printing methods, such as screen printing. Not only does screen printing use a lot of water and plastisol inks that don’t biodegrade, but it’s also generally used for bulk orders, which leads to overproduction. In comparison, made-to-order printing and production is more eco-friendly because items get printed only when they’re ordered.

Traditional retailers produce items before putting them up for sale, so they’re always manufactured in bulk to save money. In contrast, we only makes products when an order is placed, limiting our stock to items that already have a buyer.

This lets us avoid the overproduction that is widespread in the rest of the industry. Unsold stock is usually thrown out or burned, with fashion retailers alone wasting 92 million tons of textile each year.

In key pieces within our range, we have incorporated recycled polyester sports mesh. This fabric is OEKO-TEX 100 standard and Global Recycled Standard (GRS) certified. We aim to use more recycled materials as we grow our label.
